Hey Zane sign-in codes

Hey Zane sends one-time sign-in codes by text message to people who sign in to the Hey Zane app with their phone number.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your own mobile number on the Sign in screen of the Hey Zane app and tapping Continue to request a code. We send a code only when you ask for one.

What you will receive

One message for each sign-in request, containing a one-time code, for example: "Your Hey Zane code is 482193. It expires in 10 minutes."

We send no more than 5 codes per hour to the same number.

We do not send marketing messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help, or email support@heyzane.ai.

Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message. If you opt out, you will not be able to sign in with your phone number; you can still sign in with Apple or Google. Reply START to receive messages again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at heyzane.ai/privacy.
